•On the Driver: Very low maintenance is required on the Xs drill driver. The major difference compared to other systems, is that with the Xs system there is no grinding effect between the driver and the crown bit including the driving shoe. The driver is only transmitting the impact and rotation to the lower part of the crown bit and this part is turning with the driver. When worn, the driver can be rebuilt or re-machined to the original dimension very easily. We can supply you upon request, a drawing which will instruct your technical people on how to repair this part. •On the crown: The grinding effect causes the most severe wear on any system, with the Xs system this majority of this is happening between the two (2) parts of the crown (mechanical joint) and not on the driver. The crown is generally left in the hole with the casing and thus renewed for further drilling. To be able to reach the desired depth, it is very important that you respect and follow all the instructions in "How it works"
